Technical Regulation Of Hook Inspection

1. Cranes shall not use forged hooks

2, the hook is prohibited to repair welding;

3, the hook surface should be smooth and clean, should not be split, sharp corners, burrs, cracks;

4. The hook shall be provided with a anti-stripping device;

After the pawl is installed, the size of the hook mouth shall not exceed 10% of the hook size.

The shape of the anti-stripping pawl should be consistent with the end of the hook mouth;
