Only after the operation training can use and operate the hydraulic crane.
It is not allowed to leave the control system when the load is lifting or the hydraulic crane is operating.
Do not enter the operating and working range of the hydraulic crane without the permission of the operator.
When hoisting, it is strictly forbidden to move two kinds of actuators at the same time.
In order to distribute the load evenly, do not operate the hydraulic crane on the ditch or on the soft, collapsed ground.
The operator should roughly know the weight of the lifted load, and it cannot exceed the load value calibrated in the load diagram of the hydraulic crane.
Use steering controls on one side of the load to ensure maximum visibility of the load.
It is forbidden to stand under heavy objects and booms.
It is not allowed to lift the load with an angle (with a slope).
Do not drag or pull the load, do not lift heavy objects buried in the ground or frozen on the ground.
When the load just leaves the ground, make sure that there are no obstacles in the direction of the load.
Using a rope to guide the load at a certain distance to prevent the load from rotating is a good way to ensure safety.
It is strictly forbidden to use hydraulic cranes to lift people.
Before starting the lifting operation, be sure to check whether the lifting device (rope, hook, lifting point on heavy objects, etc.) has been designed for safety, whether it meets the weight of the goods you lift and the requirements for safety protection, for the sake of safety and To be safe, the goods should be secured firmly.
When the first folding arm has a certain positive elevation angle to the horizontal (B is greater than 10º~15º), the second folding arm (the same as the telescopic boom) has a certain negative elevation angle to the horizontal (when A is greater than 20º), and the lifted goods are equivalent to or When the lifting capacity is slightly smaller than the rated lifting capacity of the corresponding working range, the telescopic boom is allowed to be recovered, but not allowed to extend out; if the lifted goods are less than or equal to the rated lifting capacity of the maximum working range of the hydraulic crane, the telescopic boom is allowed to extend or Retracted.
When both the first folding arm and the second folding arm are in a positive elevation angle state, the
telescopic arm is allowed to extend only when the weight of the lifting cargo is less than or equivalent to 2/3 of the maximum working range.
