Precautions before the official operation of the ship crane

I. Precautions before operation
Not allowed to use before stabilizing the ship crane
Before turning on the receiver, make sure to check whether all the manipulating handles are in the middle position, if the handles are not in the middle position, make them manually regain the middle position and increase the lubrication, generally the operation and lifting heavy objects should be on the same side to ensure a better view.

Opening and closing the crane
The unfolding of the ship crane needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the following steps
1. Tighten the two-fold arm of the crane completely
2. Unfold the first folding arm
3. Open the second folding arm

Operation of the telescopic boom.
Before lifting the goods, be sure to estimate the weight of the goods (this value should be compared with the rated load on the lifting moment) and calculate the line from the point of descent of the goods.
When lowering the cargo, operate slowly, land accurately and without swinging, and be careful not to let the cargo hit the hydraulic crane.
In order to improve the slewing life of the ship crane, try to avoid rotating the turntable with load under a large lifting torque condition. Before turning, retract the telescopic arm to the bottom.
After hooking up the cargo, avoid sudden starts and stops, such operations can cause additional shocks to the hydraulic crane structure.
Note: For multi-section telescopic booms, the handle for manipulating the telescopic boom remains the same.

Gathering of the ship crane
Gathering the telescopic boom: fully retract the telescopic boom.
1. disconnect the hydraulic pump from the power take-off device after the work is finished.
2. After the operation, check whether the handles are automatically reset, and if the handles are not in the neutral position, make them return to the neutral position manually.

Overhaul of ship cranes
The hydraulic crane needs to be regularly overhauled to check whether the various parts, especially the safety devices, are functioning well.
1. Check the power line connection
Check the whole power line, no oil leakage or distortion, etc.
2.Check the oil level
Check the amount of oil in the tank, the oil level cannot be higher or lower than the high and low mark.
