How to safely operate OUCO marine cranes?

Marine cranes provide great convenience for ship transportation, and now it has become an indispensable heavy machinery for ship transportation. So, how to operate marine cranes safely? We have the following suggestions.

a．By starting the crane in cold weather check all moves without load to make sure all hydraulic parts get enough lubrication.

b．When using the crane, if the handle is in the end position, please loose it to avoid oil overheat.

c．Try not to stop the crane suddenly when it is with load, especially by lowing the boom, because

it can cause damage to the winch.

d．Operate the crane in a gentle way.

e．Operate the control handles from the crane based on the instructions of the control.

f．Do not drag the load, always hoist the load vertically under the crane

g．Do not lift anything when there are welding parts need to be repaired, also do not weld or repair the crane when the crane is at hoisting condition.

h．Pay attention not to surpass the rated capacity, do not overload in normal working conditions.

i． Pay attention to the hoisting load to check if it is stable and keep distance from the load and thecrane itself.

j．If the load is too close to the crane, then keep it away
